Payment & Ledger
After payment activation, each sale and actual expense is recorded first. Net proceeds are then allocated, with accountant-ready records tagged to Best Networks Inc. and the LensChicago product line.
Secure Delivery
Confirmed purchases create an expiring private ZIP link containing licensed originals—not marked previews.
Audit & Reconciliation
Security-relevant actions are time-stamped with actor, request reference, result, and redacted metadata. Financial totals are reconciled against the payment provider.
