From assignment
to published gallery.
Only verified photographers assigned to an approved event can upload photographs to that event.
Complete verification
Your profile, legal identity, contact information, portfolio, agreement, and event requirements must show Approved.
Accept an event
Open Available Events, review the date, location, scope, rights, compensation or donation terms, and accept the assignment.
Prepare images
Keep your original files offline. Export JPG or WebP copies in sRGB, correctly rotated, clearly focused, and without duplicate frames.
Create or open gallery
Open the assigned event in Photographer Studio. Do not create a duplicate event or upload another photographer’s work.
Set pricing and rights
Enter web, high-resolution, and commercial prices, or confirm fundraiser/donation rules. Confirm you own or control upload rights.
Upload in batches
Drag up to 100 images per batch. Keep the browser open until the successful-upload confirmation appears.
Review and publish
Check orientation, crop, names, watermark preview, prices, and event assignment. Publish only after the gallery passes review.
Before uploading
Image checklist
- JPG, PNG, or WebP
- Correct orientation and color
- No screenshots or social-media downloads
- No unrelated, unsafe, or private images
- No visible third-party watermark
- Model, venue, and client permissions confirmed
- Original files retained by photographer
- Never email passwords, IDs, or bank details
If something does not work
Confirm you used the approved email, accepted the correct event assignment, and see an Approved identity status. Record the event name, filename, time, and exact error message before contacting LensChicago support.
